Big News:

Floyd is here!! He was born on 2/19/2008. Mom, Dad and baby are all doing great. In the picture to the right (updated: 5/15/08) Floyd shows off his Philly pride at the Phillies@Giants game on Mother's Day. Click on it to see a bigger version!

Part of him really wanted to get up and dance around, but he didn't want to draw too much attention to himself. Of course, he passed with flying colors. After all, he's gotta listen to all that groovy music his dad likes.

• I'm doing this multi-monitor wallpaper thing -- perfect if you have two 1680x1050 or 1600x1200 monitors. It's called sfdesktop.com. It's basically all these 3360x1050 and 3200x1200 wallpaper images of San Francisco views. Check it out.

A few years ago, while I was updating this site, 6/21/03 - 3p PT, I listened to the end of one of the most exciting baseball games in Phillies history. The Phils beat the Red Sox 6-5 in 13 innings after trailing 2-1 most of the game, 3-2 in the 12th, and 5-3 in the 13th. Todd Pratt's pinch hit 3-run walk-off HR capped the Sox 3rd blown save of the afternoon. Nomar went 6-for-6, but the Phillies pulled it out. Unbelievable.
